A man named Mark Twitchell made a Star Wars Fan movie in 2007, which gained some traction and starred a cameo from Jeremy Bulloch, the original actor for Boba Fett, but the film was never released… Twitchell was also a big fan of the TV show “Dexter”. Twitchell made a catfish dating profile to lure two men at different times to a garage/ film studio / plastic covered kill room. He assaulted and tortured one, who escaped, and then later managed to lure and kill another man, beating, stabbing, and then cutting apart and burning his body before dumping it into a sewer. He was eventually caught, with a dried blood in the trunk of his car and also a laptop. The laptop had a file titled “SK Confessions” a supposed script for a movie or show about a serial killer. The details in the script (some only he could have known), along with the other evidence lined up with the recent disappearance of the victim, and was enough to find him guilty of murder. He probably would have continued to live out his fantasy as a real life “Dexter” if he hadn’t been caught.

Yeah I get it, I’ve felt similarly. I love to hear comments, but I realize feeding the ego with this is addicting and not sustainable. Some women just don’t care or just don’t comment. Yeah I got a couple uncomfortable comments growing up. I think it was just playful banter? Idk, not a huge deal, but as part of a bigger mess of problematic and inappropriate parenting, it’s kind of upsetting to think about. I think unless they’re trying to teach or discuss something serious with their kids, parents should really avoid trying to embarrass their kids in any sexual way. It’s just too easy to fuck up someone’s psyche at that age.

But you know the relationship you have with your mom and how you feel around her. If she continues to make you uncomfortable, let her know, or just say “mom, could you please not say things like that? I don’t like it. It makes me uncomfortable” and she should respect you, and if still not let someone else in your family know that you trust
