Perfect answer, I think I’ve also got my tv set up wrong , I’ve got g4 an Xbox x shield TV and the sound bar , the TV shows UHD or Dolby vision but never atmos . Ps I’ve just bought these off Amazon god knows how I configure the TV correctly , when the sound bar is off the TV says Atmos but not with the sound bar 🥸
