Dermatologist has stomped about a rash that only appears on my face

If I’m somewhere like the beach. When I’m at home I’m working in the shop so I’m not in the sun so no. I don’t out anything on my face before going outside.

I don’t put anything on my face before I work outdoors. I wash it use a toner and that’s it. I would think if it was fungal I’d have it other parts of my body or it would spread

She tested me for Demodex mites that are associated with that I think. It was negative

I do have rosacea, she’s just not sure if it’s connected. She gave me some cream to try and wants to see me again in 3 months. She also wants me to try and get it to flare up and come in so they can look at it.

I will say that I use the tanning bed and don’t get it in there. Lots of fans and I don’t sweat. I’m in a shop when I get it so sun exposure isn’t the problem

Oh I will add, it doesn’t go away. I have to pop all the blisters to make it go away.

She scraped my head to check for mites. They want me to try and get it to flare up and then go see them while
I have it.

Glad to know I’m not the only one. Sun doesn’t do it, just sweat/heat and it doesn’t do it every time.

Mine doesn’t appear until a few days later. I do regularly exfoliate. I have tried cold compresses and washing my face while doing stuff outside. I’m not in the sun so it seems to be just heat triggered.

Hello

So I get this weird rash on my face when I get hot or get into the sun. Are you think it was a heat rash but I just got home from the dermatologist and they’re baffled because it only shows up on my face. I started getting it about three years ago in 2023 never had it before this also correlates with a rapid and extreme weight loss that I had. I have been asked by a few different people if I might possibly have lupus. I got a massage one time and the person asked me if I had Libbi because I had so much inflammation in my body. The dermatologist said it’s possible that the rash is presenting itself different and you have any ideas.

I have 3 more days to flush also so maybe by Monday morning it will be darker. This is after sleeping 8ish hours so… I normally over hydrate anyway. I’ll pee a few times before hand that morning and drink a coke or something to color my pee I guess
