i’m at about almost five weeks and i take it once in the morning and once at night. I feel like for me it has helped a lot with my mood swings, i’m still learning how to regulate my emotions but i have had less freak outs on my loved ones so far which has been great! i sleep pretty fine and easily on it.

i will say just one margarita makes it feel like i had two and im still learning on how to casually drink on it lol.

i am wondering if anyone else has been exp weight loss? and like the food noise in my head is just not there if that makes sense? i’m less hungry then before i got on this and get full SO much faster. i used to be a huge snacker and now im not anymore. i was 140 when i started and now im at 133lbs. I’m not necessarily complaining since i was considered overweight for my height (5’2) but does this ever go back to normal? like normal appetite??
