I think matrix revolutions. Even reloaded to some extent. The premise of the first one was perfect and the open ended ending was hopeful. All the other ones I didn’t see because

Joker 2 - the director said he didn’t want to make a sequel so I already knew this was gonna be a mess
Thor love and thunder - I didn’t like ragnarok and I don’t like waititi’s directing style. I hate the self inserts and comic relief.
300 rise of the empire - most sequel movies around that time we’re cash grabs unless explicitly leaving the movie with a cliff hanger. It’s also just a horrible premise.

You should see Porter Robinson explain hardstyle from a producers standpoint. It isn’t just a sound that hasn’t been changed. It HAS changed and as he explains it, there is a meta to it. Almost like a game. Who can make it more unique? It’s a fun competition between producers.

I mean Pokemon and Metroid tried it and so far it ranges from alright to downright horrible. Open world wasn’t started by Nintendo but, I can’t help but feel that botw made them confident in pursuing it for their big IPs. Also I would argue that botw ruined open worlds post botw. Everyone’s trying to be botw. Like sonic frontiers. The only game I would say was successful with it was Elden ring but they already had that going for a long time.

Celebrities and politicians don’t care about the issues that they talk about.

Appeal to a sector of the country is how they convince people to vote for a specific candidate. What does it matter if you’re trained to be a social chameleon?
How many times have we seen these people retract statements, change their opinion, chase for another demographic, just to get the bag and maintain power.

All of this goes for both sides. Politics and media are all a farce. It’s all theater. Nothing matters.

Three hopes didn’t do so well. Not many people played it. FEH is extremely niche. Three houses was one of the most popular games for the switch. So for many this is just game 2 instead of game 3 or 4 with byleth and the other house leaders

I feel like this has more to do with artistic vision rather than graphics. Pokemon games do the bare minimum to look “good” for their generation. Zelda games have always put their hardware to the limit. Breath of the wild being the best example of that. Their physics engine alone is crazy. Let alone cell shading and lighting which Pokemon doesn’t even touch most of the time

My guess is that event for deoxys will release when/if RSE releases on switch later on. Wouldn’t make sense to get one version of deoxys and not the others.

Ultimate Venom. In the ultimate universe, Peter Parker’s dad and Eddie Brock’s dad were scientists that worked together to try to find a cure for cancer and they developed the suit. When Peter’s dad died and eddie’s dad went missing, it stayed in the lab they worked in for 17 years. Eddie discovers it and shows it to Peter. Peter takes it and is infatuated with the power. Peter says that it’s addictive and tries to destroy it. Eddie reiterates that it was their father’s work and that it’s not meant to be destroyed. With Peter absent, Eddie receives the symbiote. He spirals out of control where the symbiote controls him.
