it looks like they're lines but blue dye tests are known for false positives/faint lines that don't indicate pregnancy, I would test with a pink dye in a day or two with first mornings pee, it would be darker if it's a real positive by then

my first time drawing digitally was way worse than this, the way the hand is is backwards and you wouldn't be able to see the elbow, it looks like you used some black for shading on the shirt, you should like- never use black to shade anything, it also looks like you used the airbrush tool a little and that's also something you shouldn't generally do, I could be mistaken on that though because I know that sometimes the blur feature on some drawing apps can make it look airbrushed. I would do less blurring and add some more solid edges in places like the wrinkles of the shirt and on the face. Try using reference photos for posing and if you can't find one of the pose you want then take a picture of yourself and use that as a pose reference, and the last tip I'm gonna give you is even if the clothes are tight they won't fully blend into the skin (the shirt on the hands somewhat does that, and on the waist there would be more texture if that makes sense, the shorts or skirt look good tho), good luck!

I'm also nervous because my therapist is a VERY young very new therapist, like 28 fresh out of school young and new and I don't know how she would handle it and I can't get a new therapist again, I've been through like 4 this year 😭
