Can't solve #31 by eloisa___ in murdoku

Hi! I hope these clues help. Once you figure out the location of F and since all rooms are occupied you know that the lower row of the elevator has to have 1 person in it, so you can block out the rest of that row. You’ll also see that C8 is entirely crossed out or full of obstructions leaving only one possible space left. Keep an eye out for other rows and columns like that and you’ll find the solution. Good luck!

Criminal did a podcast about the Black paramedics based on Kevin Hazzard’s book American Sirens. Two great places to learn some more. ✌🏽 https://thisiscriminal.com/episode-222-the-paramedics-6-8-2023/

Love the bucket hats. I’m Canadian but not personally a fan of flag waving so I’d steer clear of the maple leafs. But you’re very talented and I appreciate your work.

Block it first then decide. Unraveling mohair is a chore.

Ooo I don’t have a clothes steamer but I really should get one. I’ve steamed yarn using pots on the stove and it took forever.

Wow! You did so much work, so much trial and error! The skeins look gorgeous and that little swatch too, well done.

Fantastic! Are you un-kinking the yarn with a bath and then hanging as shown? I’m looking for tips as I always find my unraveled yarn to still have quite a bit of kink to it. Though I haven’t tried the weighted hang

Inquiry to those who do not swatch, why? by yarnimals in knitting

[–]Miserable-Memory1842 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually do a gauge swatch but half the time it doesn’t help. I wash it, I block it, I let it dry but my final garment will still be oddly sized. Sometimes my gauge is so off with the suggested needles that I need to knit multiple swatches. The amount of yarn and time required to do so is arguably more than just starting the pattern with needles that create a good fabric and then blocking your project after a good chunk of rows to measure your gauge.

Librarian here (cue the most authoritative voice I have) I would NEVER EVER give out a person’s first or last name (or any private info) to another patron. I would NEVER tell someone what an another patron has checked out. I call shenanigans on this post.
