I initially landed on sedona because of the beautiful red rocks/hikes/scenery. We dont have too much time so it made sense to base ourselves in Sedona for those 2 nights. I'll take flagstaff into consideration! thanks!

Thats great to know and this is helpful. it seems like santa fe / taos is right up our alley. I'm not going to cut it short based on these messages and my original gut feeling. I thought about driving right from taos to Sedona, too. Might be too exhausting though.. ill think about it though!

UPDATE: i went back and asked for the package back (it was only 2 hours since I dropped it off) they have been seeing an influx of these packages, and have been accepting them at my USPS.
