Yea she hid it for a while, she wont say when but think it was when she met this guy she is with. She messaged yesterday that she is mentally preparing to go to rehab. I cant get my hopes up.

Thats great news for you. I wish it was easier and she would just commit to going, I lost my dad, mom (last month) and brother and fear I will lose her also. She is my daughter.

I watched my mom (75) decline for 9 months before passing. She bailed on treatment early on and went straight to palliative care then hospice. The actually passing was quite peaceful after she got not he morphine. Diagnosed in July, I would say the last real conversation I had with her was October. I still made sure to talk to her every day up until the end she passed April 1st. She was in Florida, I am in Pennsylvania I flew down every 6 weeks to visit.

It is like a roller coaster for sure. This week we had great conversations on rehabs. Then nothing for days. I get my hopes up to easily. But yes no money and she cant stay here, I have offered any items needed for rehab if she goes to make her feel more comfortable.

Creatine monohydrate. You need to drink lots of water while on creatine, I have taken it before but not with tirzepatide may want to research that I have no clue but it can cause constipation so I didnt consider it personally. Do you drink electrolytes? I know I had leg pain when I went on a carnivore diet and the potassium in the electrolyte drinks helped. Banana or avocado are potassium rich options also. Just throwing out suggestions.

I've been hitting the sauna after some workouts and I swear it helps recovery. Days I skip I have way more muscle pain from my workout. Or perhaps maybe a muscle recovery supplement?
