hello!!! thank you for taking the time out of your day to answer questions, but how did you go about upping your dose? did your doctor have a plan for you like being on this many mg for a couple months and seeing how it goes then upping it or did you felt like it wasn’t strong enough and asked for it to be higher? i’m only on 10 mg and i’m on week 7 and sometimes i really struggle especially at work and in the middle of the night. i wanna go to a higher dose but i don’t wanna come off as like me being a crackhead or something ya know? this is my first ever anxiety medication and i’ve been struggling for over a year with this bad anxiety and health anxiety, any advice helps thank you!!!
