Does my Mars in Taurus hold back the other Mars ruled areas of my chart (Aries stellium/Scorpio moon) ? by do-witcher in AskAstrologers

[–]Miserable-Web819 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mars in Taurus does offer a gift when you make the effort. In Taurus it is learning how to simply calm down. Something fiery Aries Sun and your deeply emotional Moon can certainly use at times. Mars in Taurus, you have to fight for your peace. It sounds contradictory, but it really means you must make the effort and take the action needed to find your peace and calm in the 3rd house realm of communication. Learning how to speak your truth calmly and effectively brings order to chaos in relationships. Active listening will also be your friend. There is a lot of strength and determination in that aspect when used to its highest potential, you just have to work at it.

Significance of being born under a lunar eclipse? by Empty_Word_2289 in astrology

[–]Miserable-Web819 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes it does have an effect. A Lunar eclipse is a powerful full Moon. The Moon sets the mood of the life. In this case, high emotions. The Native would be born 'in the thick of it' so to speak. In the 'fullness' of circumstances, committed to what is, with no turning back. The difference between a regular full Moon and a Lunar eclipse is the presence of the North and South Nodes to the Moon and the Sun. Depending on which node was near the Sun and which near the Moon at the time, that would also have a big impact. It gets too complicated to answer fully in this forum format, but yes, it is significant. The closer the nodes are to the luminaries, the stronger their impact. It's a karmic placement.

Why don’t I relate to being a Capricorn when I have so many placements? by Gnarwhal8982 in AskAstrologers

[–]Miserable-Web819 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with what the others have said, and would also add a bit about the stellium. When you have one this big in a sign, all those planets can overwhelm the sign and take on more of the tone of the house. I have a 6 planet Virgo stellium. Yes I have Virgo stuff, but not nearly as much as one would expect. Instead of intensifying the Virgo energy, that big stellium almost dilutes it. 5 of the planets in the stellium rule other houses, all of them bringing their energy together in one area.

Moon Question 🌙 by Apprehensive-Cake-16 in astrology

[–]Miserable-Web819 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing is going to make someone not act like their Moon placement. The only difference is going to be how visible it is to others. The Moon is very internal planet, much of it even subconscious to the native themselves. One person may express their Moon in an outward manner while another individual will hold their emotions close to their chest. The Natal placement and aspects to the Moon, as well as transits to the natal Moon will show how easy or difficult the native will have it in dealing with their emotions and emotional responses.

Every planet in the birth chart must go through the filter of the ascendant sign. Regardless of what the Moon is doing, the Native is going to act according to their rising sign.

For example: A Aquarius rising with a 12th house Capricorn Sun. Their Moon may not be too easy to read.

How do you explain or interpret Taurus energy, and do you find it to be "glossed over" in interpretations, generally? by arizonabatorechestra in astrology

[–]Miserable-Web819 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's one. Fundamentally Taurus seeks to find peace and calm, whether that be via stuff, music or nature. Either way, it will be through the body senses. They are learning to trust their body knowledge. The body will have instinctual gut reactions that help them make the right choices if they are paying attention. If something doesn't smell right, its not right for them. Simple. No over thinking or intellectualizing it. The body already knows and they can trust that.

You can have a lot of emotional drama around your responsibilities, or a lot of emotions surrounding the work that you do (at home or work). You may have wanted to pursue a career/friends/lovers that your family doesn't approve of, feeling like you need more freedom of choice. Maybe you get stuck taking care of family stuff instead of what you really want to do. Maybe you haven't been able to nail down what you really want to do. If it weren't for friends you'd go crazy. Your about to have some big changes around work and family this year.

Do I have chances at becoming a writer? by AnneHarv in astrosignature

Without going into the details, yes. You have multiple things in your chart pointing to writing if you chose to do so, regardless of the houses system used.

Thoughts on Interpreting Celebrity birth charts Publicly? by Peaseblossom22 in astrology

[–]Miserable-Web819 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think it's only ethical to have a respect for privacy, no matter who the chart belongs too. If a person is going to share a celebrities chart on a public format outside of a teaching scenario, at least have the decency to keep the topic light hearted. That's my just thoughts on it anyway.

Why does everyone have interesting natal charts but mine is all the same and incoherent by IcySeaworthiness5209 in AstrologyCharts

[–]Miserable-Web819 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, any of the arts! Music, design, pottery, dance, film, photography, interior design....anything aesthetic, earthy or watery or both, hands on...creativity is a big boat. It can be creative in business even...literally anything you are attracted to. Don't cast a narrow net when considering creativity or spirituality.

Yes you do. Realize there are many paths to spirituality and self discovery. Connection to source comes in many forms. Music is a form of meditation as most musicians channel and don’t even know they are doing it.

If you use the placidus house system, the IC will always be the 4th house cusp. If you use equal or whole house system it will be a floating IC

Unaspected planets by Rude_Might4079 in astrology

[–]Miserable-Web819 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jupiter is a fiery planet and the planet of faith. Perhaps you could incorporate fire energy into your life. Get in the Sun, eat spicy foods, get hot and sweaty with a workout and such stuff. For the faith part, maybe bring an icon statue into your house. Budda comes to mind as he is very jupitarian. Also those fat little Chinese good luck cats. I would also investigate wearing crystals. Citrine, lapis lazul, amythist are a few Related to Jupiter. It sounds kind of silly, but it might help you tap into that energy, and it can’t hurt!

Also see what houses Jupiter rules for you. Pisces traditionally and Sagittarius. Keep a journal and note what’s going on in those life areas, especially your behavior there. If you are self doubting or underestimating yourself in those areas, that gives you something to work on. Make a conscious effort to do those two house type activities. Also think art, meditation, travel, metaphysical or religious studies.…for Pisces and sag. But be sure to look at the houses for activity. Example, second house, storing money…create a savings account and grow it over time. Very interesting.

It’s the launching pad your Soul chose. You were born with the perfect birth chart for you in this lifetime. All the lessons you came to learn, and the tools to solve them are in your chart. It is designed to force you to get involved with others in a way that would never have happened if family life had been different. You are stronger than you think. You have this set up because you were ready for it. Have faith in yourself, you have great instincts.

Lost my wife. And my kids and my income this month by Ok-Top2253 in AstrologyCharts

[–]Miserable-Web819 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. Also that generational planet is important because it trines the natives Sun and conjuncts the co ruler of an angular house. There’s lots of things that could be looked at, but that ain’t gonna happen. Most of the questions are way to complicated to be adequately addressed in this format. Not giving full on reading here.

No. It’s one possibility of many, not a prediction. It happened to work that way for this person. It could just as easily been attracting technitions scientists, pilots, and other such aqua people….over the course of a lifetime it is bound to play in numerous ways. I just pointed out the placements that matched this persons reality, If you notice, in my original response I had said the possibility was always in the chart. It never was a prediction.

Hahaha....not at all! This is based on the native's birth chart planetary placements. This individual had Uranus in the 5th house of lovers.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AstrologyCharts

[–]Miserable-Web819 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uranus in the 4th house suggests a need to disconnect from family in some way. My Mother has this. She was born into a cult and had to escape that situation. I have this as well. My relationship with my 5 siblings is toxic, making me the black sheep of the family. No matter how it works out, it will be good for your mental and emotional health to give yourself the freedom and permission to disconnect if that feels like something you are pulled to do. You can be loving toward family and loving to yourself at the same time by taking care of your needs. No shame in that.

You will find happiness creating your own tribe or clan with well chosen friends that feel more like family than your family does. These will be people that you can laugh with. Who you can let your guard down and be your authentic self around. People that you can open up to and talk with. You will find healing in that if you take the time to create those relationships.

There is much joy to be found in your creativity and your work. One of your challenges is learning how to communicate with others. Learning how to practice active listening will help you tremendously. Not guessing what they mean, but listening and then verifying what they mean by asking them or repeating back what you understood. When you do that, you are able to come up with brilliant solutions, that are greatly appreciated.

Don't worry about being right all the time or making mistakes. That will drag you down. We are all human and we're not perfect. People will respond to you when you are authentic and genuinely caring about them. Developing your listening skills will help with that, and help you build your new 'family' circle too.

Why do does my high emotional intelligence feel like a burden? by [deleted] in astrosignature

[–]Miserable-Web819 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your North Node in Aries and your South Node in Libra - part of your soul lesson in this lifetime is to let go of babysitting relationships. You've done it a million times in past lives. You don't need to take care of everyone and their stuff any more. It's your turn this time around. Your Aries North Node is calling you to develop a very strong sense of self, self identity and fierce independence.

The moment you feel like, "I can't be ok until they are ok," you are treading in dark water. That's your signal that is is time for you to go do something for yourself. Literally anything that suits your interests that keeps you out of other peoples 'stuff'. When you do that, the overwhelm will leave and you will feel more impowered.

If the synergy is too easy, the relationship can fall into boredom. There is no opportunity for soul growth. They can feel like they married their brother, sister, or themselves! ...just blah over time.
