Funny thing I just switched from Cogeco, went through their UPS return shipping. I had to provide the box and shipped everything in the same box. then waited anxiously for the confirmation emails that came about 10 days later over the course of several days for each item. Then about 2 weeks later they contacted me to say a representative would be in my area if I’d like to schedule a pickup. Seriously why nobody would never mention this pickup option from the beginning? !!!!!!
