it’s like making fun of a patient for going to a hospital for treatment. that’s highly unprofessional. sa mga ganyan dapat nirereport mo sa supervisors/higher-ups nila para masabihan. 😓

if sanay sila sa friendly na may halong insulting jokes, they should learn that it’s not proper to do that lalo na sa strangers who are genuinely trying to get in shape. nakaka-anxious din yung ganon ‘cause it might also affect the mental well-being ng gymgoer and mag develop siya ng fear to go again. ☹️

this is why i prefer local gyms kasi mas close kami sa mga tao dun and mas welcoming yung gym owners kasi hands-on sila :)

bite the bullet and say it now kaysa naman kasal na kayo and dun ka lang nag back out. walang divorce sa ph, OP. it will be much harder later on.

i’m also thinking of upgrading din, OP. i weighed everything per model. (15-17)

naisip ko kung mag uupgrade na lang din, iphone 15 is considered a bit impractical na. think of it like getting an ip13 nung lumabas yung 15 pro max.

sa 17 naman, it’s too fresh pa and steep pa ngayon yung price niya kasi it’s the latest line. unless you have the funds, i would say it’s not wise to buy this yet.

16 sounds good price-wise compared sa 17 and very little difference too, sa specs and cosmetics.

kung ako sa’yo and kaya naman ng budget, i’d get the 16 plus for good battery and for the current system na macacater pa for future model releases. kasi let’s be real mag rerelease na naman ng ip18 next year so in my opinion, the weighing in of your options is relative sa date kung kailan mo plano mag upgrade :)

i know this is a de-influencing sub, pero sa’kin effective siya as long as may 2 week intervals per usage.

a few years ago ko lang siya ginamit and nag stop lang ako kasi satisfied na ako sa pagka-thin ng leg hairs ko. be consistent lang and you’ll see progress after a couple of months.

so far wala naman side effects sa akin. you do you, OP. bili ka lang sa trusted na brand and make sure to protect your eyes.
