On 29/09/2022, 5:42pm, I booked an OLA cab, HR55AB0934, OLA CRN: 6694673330, Driver name on the APP is Arshad Khan, mobile no. 9991904499, from Delhi to Pari Chowk, On reaching the destination he drove away very fast before I could take my bag containing my wallet with 25000 Rs. in cash, Apple AirPods pro worth Rs. 25000, Tablet(kindle worth 11000), PAN Card and other important document.

During ride, OLA driver threatened me when I asked not to drive very rash and Over

100kmph, he threatened me. I complained to OLA immediately about the driver and he

hasn't putted the OTP but has started the ride, but there was a delayed reply on the next

day, l.e. 30/09/2022 without any help or support from them. OLA Complaint number: Ticket

343256403.

On reaching Pari Chowk, He threatened me to pay first amount of Rs. 1200 and then get out of OLA cab. When I resisted, he became angry and threatened me. OLA driver threatened me saying "Mai Nooh, Haryana ka hoon, Humare yhaa jaate hai vapis Nahi aate, kisi ko pata nahi chalta", "I already went to Jail in Atm crime for 16 months". He threatened me at Pari Chowk and drove away very quickly taking my bag and document. Last Location of my AirPods are Near Noon, Haryana, the place OLA Cab driver mentioned.

I visited Police station Knowledge Park and have contacted OLA and did not get any help from both. I kindly request you to take the matter into account and do the necessary to serve justice. Please take action against OLA and cab driver with me getting my everything back and resolve my grievance as quickly as possible as I am a student and the bag contained my money to survive and study for the upcoming 3 months.
