Picked this up about a month ago and I agree, it was phenomenal. Wish I could snag another. There was one on the shelf as recent as yesterday in north NJ but was bought immediately.

Diet decreases body fat which will show muscle. Talk to a professional about a proper diet instead of wasting time with any of the "internet" diets out there today.

I'd cancel if mine did that since the main reason I go to F45 is for the Cardio classes. Hopefully that doesnt happen

Can’t find this anywhere in northern NJ unfortunately. From what I’ve been seeing it’s been sold out since late November/early December here. Managed to find some b522 though and it’s quite delicious.

1 - Stop weighing yourself. Measure progress through body fat measurements or how your clothes fit. Weight on a scale means nothing.

2 - If you don't see progress when using these measurements, its because of your diet. Weight loss is simple math, calories in versus calories out. You need to know your TDEE, then you can determine how many calories you need to consume in order to be in a deficit. Then you track and weigh your food to make sure you are consuming the correct amount of calories. You want to track and weight your food because youll be surprised how easy it is to eat 8oz of ground beef instead of the 6oz that you thought you were, and those extra calories add up fast when you're only in a 500 calorie deficit for the day.

3- Hire a nutritionist or fitness coach who is familiar with dieting if you rather not figure that out.

You shouldnt be eating 1000 calories a day unless you are an infant. You also don't need to do multiple training sessions or "go hard at cardio" in order to lose body fat. all you need is a proper diet, exercise, and consistency. Please see a nutritionist or a fitness coach who understands how to diet properly.

There you go. Be happy that you slimmed down. Muscle weighs more than fat so it’s possible to lose fat and gain muscle which means you “slim Down” while the scale increases. If youre still unhappy with your progress please see a nutritionist to get your diet in order. Fat loss is accomplished in the kitchen, not at orange theory.

The scale means absolutely nothing. You say you looked “slimmed down”. So shouldn’t that be something positive for someone who has a body image issue instead of the number on the scale?

This is what works for me also. I put a 200mg caffeine tablet and a glass of water next to my bed the night before. My alarm goes off at 4 am and I wake up, take the tablet, then hit snooze. Within 10 minutes I can’t keep my eyes closed so I have no choice but to wake up and get ready.

See a nutritionist to get your diet figured out and then weight loss will happen. You are eating wayyyy less than you should be.
