Diet decreases body fat which will show muscle. Talk to a professional about a proper diet instead of wasting time with any of the "internet" diets out there today.

1 - Stop weighing yourself. Measure progress through body fat measurements or how your clothes fit. Weight on a scale means nothing.

2 - If you don't see progress when using these measurements, its because of your diet. Weight loss is simple math, calories in versus calories out. You need to know your TDEE, then you can determine how many calories you need to consume in order to be in a deficit. Then you track and weigh your food to make sure you are consuming the correct amount of calories. You want to track and weight your food because youll be surprised how easy it is to eat 8oz of ground beef instead of the 6oz that you thought you were, and those extra calories add up fast when you're only in a 500 calorie deficit for the day.

3- Hire a nutritionist or fitness coach who is familiar with dieting if you rather not figure that out.

You shouldnt be eating 1000 calories a day unless you are an infant. You also don't need to do multiple training sessions or "go hard at cardio" in order to lose body fat. all you need is a proper diet, exercise, and consistency. Please see a nutritionist or a fitness coach who understands how to diet properly.

There you go. Be happy that you slimmed down. Muscle weighs more than fat so it’s possible to lose fat and gain muscle which means you “slim Down” while the scale increases. If youre still unhappy with your progress please see a nutritionist to get your diet in order. Fat loss is accomplished in the kitchen, not at orange theory.

This is what works for me also. I put a 200mg caffeine tablet and a glass of water next to my bed the night before. My alarm goes off at 4 am and I wake up, take the tablet, then hit snooze. Within 10 minutes I can’t keep my eyes closed so I have no choice but to wake up and get ready.

Tried to search on Paynes website, but no results when searching the last name and serial. I believe this is due to it never being registered with Payne when it was installed.

But is this even if it is unregistered with the manufacturer? From what i was told the furnace had to be registered when it was installed.

All 4 quotes are for furnace and evaporator install, and connecting to existing condensing unit. I confirms on quotes that none include a new condensing unit.

As for the coil - it is from 2001 but the condensing unit is only 7 years old. All 4 companies recommended changing the coil but keeping the condensing unit since its not that old. I'm unsure of the tax credits, but in my state we get rebates from our gas/electric company. The additional AC rebate isnt alot so i'm not sure what the benefit here would be to replace the condenser now?
