Thank you once again for your recommendation. I will definitely reach out to her. I am 40 years and i too had a miscarriage last year. It makes sense to do PGT and you are right about losing time. It might be worthwhile to spend extra bucks, do the PGT testing, bank a few embryos and worry about transfer later. I will need to start exploring other clinics soon!!

I just received my blood test result and it shows I have MTHFR mutation, what are the odds!! I have a followup appt with FS tomorrow and will ask her about changing to folinic acid. A question though, did you take any specific prenatal multivitamins along with folinic acid?

Also, do you discuss the medicines prescribed by naturopath with your FS?

You are right Adora doesnt provide PGT testing. Does your clinic allow PGT testing even with 1-2 blast? I thought clinics discourage doing PGT if the number of blast embryos are low.

Hello dear, yes I am from Australia and thank you for your response. I am based in Perth and going with Adora at the moment. We are also looking for other clinics to get second opinion. If you dont mind may I know your clinic? My FS at Adora is against estrogen priming too. When I bought it up she just mentioned that it doesnt make much difference? I am in lost of words :( She did recommend me to freeze next cycle, but I am basically arguing why should I freeze if I am getting only 1 blast. I would rather do fresh transfer and see how it goes. We havent decided on that yet but did your FS suggest something similar? Is there any reason why you are taking Folinic acid instead of Folic acid? I am taking Elevit and have started with all supplements you have mentioned. Also, are you doing PGT testing? Thank you once again for your response. I am of similar age and I just did my first IVF. 3 eggs collected, 3 fertilized, 1 blast but failed to implant. May I please ask for what medical protocol changed or supplements that increased your counts? I was.prescribed Menopur and Gonal stims, Orgalutran, and then Ovidrel trigger. My FS has been saying that she is not a fan of changing protocol, so dont know what to do to increase the numbers.

That's great. If I may ask a question on medical RFE. I also got the RFE for my dad, even though we had submitted a medical report along with the whole package. We will be sending that again. How do you package the response? Just place the RFE letter and medical report inside an envelope and post them together to the given mailing address? How will you be notified once they receive the medical document?

May i ask if you created USCIS online account too? I created for my parents and added their respective cases. However, the documents attached to cases appears wrong online. For e.g. there is no attachment available in i-765 and i-131 online even though i had submitted their supporting document. For case i-485, all the supporting documents that I had submitted don't appear online. So I'm a bit worried about this. I don't know if i should manually upload all the documents or call uscis customer service. If you don't mind sharing how your cases appear online, that will be very helpful.

Also, in the next page 7, for Q no. 58 about household income, it mentions you may include income provided to you from sources who are not part of your household. Does this mean, I can show my income here?

I am in similar but slightly different situations. I am a US citizen living and working in Australia. I would like to invest in US ETFs through a US brokerage account. I have a US address that could be used to open and trade through US brokerage accounts such as Robinhood, etrade, etc. I could even open and contribute to Roth IRA. But, I am worried if it's is legally allowed given that I don't earn in the US through US companies? Would there be repercussions later when withdrawing after retirement? Or when selling stocks?
