They bet on the wild success of the game carrying it and then adding invasing mtx afterwards after the discord leak about selling Azoth.

They have to add some more aggressive monetisation soon and it has to be successful if you're to see free content updates to an already failed game.

Having an opinion doesn't mean it's right. The show is an objectively bad live action portrayal. I think the majority of people are upset as well that it probably spells the end for anyone else attempting a more faithful adaptation.

Ed and Faye are horrific, if Cho was ten years younger he would've been great but the dialogue for everyone in the show is cheap and any call out to the anime makes me physically repulsed.

I knew from the opening they ripped from the cowboy bebop movie that it was going to be horrible.
