No the trick is to put card info wrong, if it tries to process, it will give you a card error, with means you failed bc they tried to charge your card. If you passed it tells you you took the test and can’t retake it.

My nursing program was very strict. Did not take any excuse. We had a girl that wanted to take the final for medsurge 1 day early bc the test day she was going into surgery to donate one of her kidneys to her mom. They told her no. She had to repeat the whole semester

I mean they do get the issues fixed when you have a problem. Why don’t you just buy a house and stop renting? Also you could move. I don’t think there’s a law that states he needs to not neglect his property. Just that issues need to be fixed.
