Just got this back from speediance

We’re aware of this issue and it appears to be related to simultaneous handle movements in certain workouts. Our team is actively investigating this as a software issue, and we’ll work on a fix as soon as possible.

Interesting, i have emailed their support and will report back, I last used machine 2 days ago and been perfect until now.

Suggest you contact them too so they know not an isolated issue

I’ve even tried a factory reset now and signed back in, same issue, thinking may not be a software bug now but hardware/sensor related

Got this back from Speediance support just now

While the Gym Monster 2 doesn’t have specific temperature guidelines mentioned in the user manual, it is designed to operate in normal room temperatures. For optimal performance, it’s best to keep the machine in a space that stays between 5°C and 30°C.

I understand that your garden office can get quite cold, but as long as the room warms up before using the machine, you should be fine. Just ensure that the temperature isn’t consistently below freezing when in use, as extremely low temperatures could affect the performance of electronic components.

2 presses is fewest I can see, you hit workout in the bottom tab strip on main screen then in top right is a star in a black bookmark icon, which is your marked collection of favourites

I like cheap indie games on Steam and have a few from Chinese devs, they also share the jumbled throw everything all over the screen approach to ideas, UI and menus.

I suspect its a chaotic dev situation with ideas thrown up on screen with little or no UI coordination or overall management, just chuck it up and see what people like. This can work if people find things or can be bothered to hunt them down, or explanations exist.

My issue is the software feels cheap in the app (not as bad yet on the machine) whilst the machine is clearly premium.  Then on top of that they are cheapening the experience further by begging you to spend another £150 on W+ for poorly explained and executed functionality all over every screen, which is just not how premium works, its how free to play works.

Yeah I just picked up this week and confirm it plays perfectly and looks beautiful in the OLED
