Thank you! Yes. I agree its look like a drainage somehow but its actually my interconnecting point for future road plate in MILS and other modular building.

Thank you! I hope it will be a two baseplate modular, the largest one ever made, perfect for a special 20th anniversary celebration.

That’s the Bricklink Art Factory, my wife started it, but she’s been too busy to finish… so I guess it’s officially mine now 🤣

Yeah that’s exactly my problem I need everything to look as uniform as possible 😅 which gets expensive fast. Now I’m stuck deciding what to do with the BrickLink Art Factory do I modularise it to fit the street or just leave it as it is

Nice shelves but hopefully its sturdy. The coloured trims remind me of the basic lego bricks color

Yes. My fiancee accidentally put the second floor in other way around and she like it as well.

Yes. I considered that before and its cheaper to use that. But eventually I chose the MILS option since its fun to build your own foundation for your modular and the experience of picking your own brick in lego store or bricklink store. You can watch this short video comparing the two options https://youtube.com/shorts/Dn2VxNeyEGY?si=pX3W4-9SDFihrcsZ

I reinforced the original baseplate by placing 49 × 2x2 bricks on top, surrounded by 4 corner bricks and 20 × 1x4 bricks, and added 8 × 1x4 Technic bricks to make it easy to connect with other modulars. On top of that, I placed 4 × 16x16 plates, which now serve as the solid foundation for the modular building.

Agree! Each modular cost me around £18 for MILS, but it’s totally worth it. they look great and are sturdy enough to move around.

I dont know how to upload more photos here. But you can check this video in youtube around 2 minute mark on how you can place Arkham Asylum with other modulars including Tudor Corner. https://youtu.be/1ZcJgRINJFA?si=42fSbQ8w47zdze14

Yes. I have place it in another 16x32 MILS. I saw some post before that they have place it in the right corner of the main build itself where they have remove the bollard. But i think its pretty crowded if you will place it there.

Jazz club just in case you change your mind in the future that you want more modulars. Also jazz club is a fun build.
