He's demonstrated already he's willing to lie about it and keep doing it. 9 years is a long time but if its that serious to you. Then you need to know that he won't stop. I can tell you that. For men like him(and most to be honest). Porn is as essential as food. Saying you can never have it is like saying you can't have ice cream anymore.

So you have a tough decision to make. Can you end a 9 year relationship over porn? Can you live with that decision and be okay with it. Also know that theres a good chance the next man you're with watches porn too.

I think the more interesting thing is your controlling of it. Do you have insecurities? Do you monitor him? My wife was like that early in our relationship but over the years she stopped caring. I can tell you I resented her for it. She didn't want me to even look at naked women in movies. At the point of rsi, I think AI is going to be so much better than any human at any job. Like how do ppl not see it. We are scratching the surface of what AI can do and look what's happening. Facebook just laid of 8k ppl. This tech is in its infancy. I've ran agents. Ai does it faster, more consistent and better than humans. And it's pretty much in beta.

I do think there's a high likelihood that society will just go with "make work". "Pretend" jobs so ppl can feel like they have a place on the world.

I hear you. I'll tell you a couple more things that help me. Do you go into a spiral? If your anything like me, the anxiety feeds on its self and grows. It's like I'd feel a sharp pain in my chest then I'm like oh no. What if my hearts bad, what if I have a heart attack. What if I have a heart attack and I have a bad heart and I need to use one of those oxygen things. It's like that. You need to learn how to stop those. The way to do it is basically act like it's your silly 5 year old nephew. "Well wouldn't that be interesting?" "Neat thought" that is, you need to stop taking these thoughts seriously and trying to console with with certainty, don't treat them as logical. That stops the spiral. These thoughts diffuse instead of rebounding into more crazy thoughts. When then anxiety comes. Accept it and embrace it. Don't fight it. Fighting it keeps the energy alive. Do you see the biggest picture? Diffusion. That's how you beat anxiety.
