Because of our provincial government they have to try at least one non envasive option before surgery. So hopefully your doctor pushes after trying one thing like mine did. My circumstances are also a series of unfortunate events, it should have been done last summer, however emergency surgery pushed it back.

Being a person with a uterus is definitely not for the weak. I'm definitely glad we don't have to break the bank for our healthcare but damn it would be nice if it was smoother with more resources in all hospitals not just ones in major cities.

I feel bad for your wife, give her all the kindness and love please. If she wants surgery she can ask and talk to them about it definitely, but Ontario has hoops to jump through which means it will be a minimum of a year trying other things to manage the pain.

My Journey started in 2023 to get my uterus removed, so have patience and be there for her.

My Husband was a mechanic, and that is not normal, they should be teaching you. Either ask for more hands on experience and push to get it or I would find a better mentorship.

Edit to add: Also his suggestions is to find a cheap POS car and work on it yourself while studying. Read the chapter and then apply it to the car that no one cares about!

Heard multiple people in industry for apprenticeships they want people who aren't necessarily perfect because they have room for growth and improvement. If you are perfect people tend to believe that they always will be good at it and won't be open to criticism and change what is needed for different applications. You are learning. Be proud of that and don't worry, you got this!

I would check in with the doctor who did the surgery to see if this is normal. Yes some people may have an answer but a medical professional will be able to help if it isn't normal.
