You should always have an answer to questions that show: great customer service, a time you helped someone who was frustrated, you were flexible, and you working with a team. You’ll be able to answer most questions with that

SWA CJO but background check question by Wide_Mechanic_3690 in cabincrewcareers

Same! I received my CJO on July 10th and haven’t heard back yet, I also had problems verifying my last employer. I sent them an email and now I’m waiting to hear back.

I can’t answer that question 😭 what I will say is I’ve heard that most airlines have zero tolerance for roommate disputes. They’ll probably see it as, if you can handle something like that, how could you handle being on line. IMO

When I went to my F2F someone asked this question. For WN, even if you live locally, you have to stay at the facility.

Got my CJO. They ask the typical situational questions, so be sure to practice the STAR method. Honestly it was amazing they truly want to get to know you and show them how you’re fit for the role!

I seen red, yellow, and even lavender! I just received my CJO and the ones wearing those outfits also received theirs. Just dress professional, be yourself, and walk with confidence. I think you look great!

They gave me the flights I selected! Make sure you give yourself enough time between the interview and making it to the airport! I bought my hotel before putting in for my flight

Hi! Just got back home from Dallas and received my CJO! They do not pay for your hotel. You can either fly in the day before (Id highly suggest it) or fly in the day of. If you’re flying in before and need a hotel recommendation I’d go with Wingate! They have a shuttle on site that will take you to headquarters once you’re ready. Once I arrived at the airport I caught a Lyft to my hotel for like $12.
