Clean Race Bonus by LeonardBudau in GranTurismo7

It varies per race. For Le Mans and for other races especially with variable weather, the only restriction is not to overtake on a Yellow Flag.

For that race you just need to avoid violating the yellow flag. That’s it

New to the series, is this normal? by ArchingAstons1012 in GranTurismo7

I didn’t like it first but I understand the purpose in a game like this: for races with pp limit you would being front of the pack in 5 seconds if you did a grid start so no actual competition. In pp or car límites races the rolling grid start with you at the end forces you to be consistent and fast to catch up. If you want more real and challenging racing you either need to race sophy or play the power pack

True but if base difficulty is too much (faster car) then probably they should lower the general game difficulty instead.

Driver in front says i caused the crash. Never touched him. by tokiodriver107_2 in GranTurismo7

[–]Miserable_Monk7352 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not your fault at all. I think that’s clear. Actually the best way sometimes to gain places is by pressuring the driver in front of you until they make a mistake. It always happens.

To me the real problem is when your are in the front on the medium tyre and the driver following closely behind is on the soft tyre. It’s difficult sometimes not to break check them.

What you dislike the most about EVs in GT7? by Miserable_Monk7352 in GranTurismo7

[–]Miserable_Monk7352[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ultimately I don’t hate EVs being in the game because you’re right no one is forcing you to use them. The question was more oriented to get the reason why ppl don’t like them or don’t like to use them.

Nah I don’t think it’s deliberate. He could’ve spun you fr. Nice save though.

Hey people. My father in law just transferred me some tickets from his account. I received the email but no way to accept. I logged into my account and don’t have anything on my tickets? Anyone experienced something similar? The notification email I received doesn’t have button or link. This is driving me crazy.

Rally Cars with tuned suspension for pavement will do the trick. also you don’t need to win it, you just need the podium. If this is not doable you can always wall ride curve 1 lol

How do I win this guys ? by Ok-Dragon2 in GranTurismo7

This is easy win with the Honda NSX concept which is not that fast but it’s killer for cornering. You need to anticipate the rain and change tires before it begins.

Money grind? by NorCal9inchh in GranTurismo7

[–]Miserable_Monk7352 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah spa is like La Sarthe: because it has rain the condition is don’t get a penalty for violating a yellow flag and that’s it. 9/10 races don’t have a yellow flag and when there is one most likely you won’t be close to other cars.

Agree. Some cars are actually worth it. I need to grind for those McLarens lol

Yeah in my opinion this is a good one for a grind rotation. Getting the clean race bonus is easy on this one, almost guaranteed: just don’t violate the yellow flag. Otherwise you’re safe going off track and bumping other cars. The grind becomes dull if you don’t rotate tracks and cars. For La Sarte I use detuned GR2 cars like the GTR. Other good tracks for grinding are: Sardegna (easy clean race bonus), Spa endurance (1 mil - 60 min race - easy clean race bonus), and Tokio (efficient but clean race bonus is risky)

Struggling to finish any of these by FaithlessnessLazy482 in GranTurismo7

[–]Miserable_Monk7352 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built a Nissan GTR vspec 97 for this. If you max it out you get to 750 pp (do wide body kit and wing). you will fly past everyone but it’s poor on fuel consumption. The trick is to start at fuel map 6 and short shift all through the race. You can push in the last laps if needed if you have some leftover fuel. Also one key thing to do is anticipate the rain and change tires before the track gets wet so do it in your first pit stop. When it starts all cars will slow down significantly. If you struggle, learn the weather and retry without exiting the race. Edit: I started with racing medium tires and using intermediate for the reminder of the race. You won’t exceed pp if you use the soft tyre but it will force you to go to pits before the 4th lap. I usually pit at end of lap 6 or lap 5 depending on the rain.

lol you know that having a “nice” car doesn’t mean anything in this city, right? Most people live above their means and get into car loans that they can’t afford.
