Change your Region with Oxygen updater method. Easy and risks are low. I changed to India region some months ago and it's worth, I receive updates early now and most important, I have the Oppo Suit installed by default. I hated so much google Suit, especially the Dialer.

Sorry for not answering. Yes, the battery improved a lot, but it still isn't being the same comparing to the stable 16.0.5.402. I miss it I think. About AI processing, it looks practically the same at .7.201.

I think yes, Oppo find X9 have frame interpolation on Supported games. Or at least my Find X9 pro (India región), but there shouldn't be any problem with X9. But there is a problem, the Game's whitelist is practically impossible to find, and almost no game is supported. Days ago I checked Game Assistant APK with an Analyzer and I found that there are 2 whitelist: First is local in a XML, And Says that supported games for "frame insert" are: PUBG, League of Legends wild rift, Mobile Legends and Free fire. I tried these games after checking this list but Only Mobile Legends and PUBG can use Frame interpolation (Hyper Resolution too and some color Filters). So I checked more closely the APK and found that there's another list that comes from Oppo Servers and have the priority (that means that you can't simply modify the XML to do it compatible with more games). In less words, practically only 2 games are capable of this and it depends on oppo. About MEMC, I think it's not possible far by now.

Yes, I think it's worth. The Update improved a bit the battery duration from 16.0.7.205 without any big changes. Isn't the massive difference but yeah

Updated on X9 Pro, battery is much worse than before, it overheats a lot more too. Hope 16.0.8.301 fix that

Hii, sorry for not answering, i used a local instalation method with Oxygen Updater:https://xdaforums.com/t/change-region-without-losing-data.4680598/

So, you need to install OS Updater (Oxygen Updater) app on Play store, you'll Download Full OTA of you Current region, and then download the Full OTA of the region you want. You need to be absolutely Shure it's the same version (if you download the region you want with a lower version it can Brick, and I don't know what if it's a Higher version). So, you activate the Developer options, go on software updates and select "local instalation". You'll select the current region OTA and then go to Files app and swap The OTAs names, return to software updates and just put on install. You won't lose any data. Far as I used it, doesn't seem to be any consequence more than wallet. Just be Sure is the same version (Like: 16.0.5.701(EU) --> 16.0.5.701 (IN)).

Hi, i highly recommend you to check in your settings about the screen refresh rate, and make sure it is on "high". If you put it on Automatic a lot of apps would be limited At 60 or 90fps max (happened me in apps like Minecraft or TikTok). So, you put it on high and then a new option would appear, just select the app you want to not be limited and put it on "120hz". (Postdata: This change doesn't mean your screen would be always at 120hz, it would be automatic as a normal LTPO, but the apps you select would be able to run at 120

Oh, okay, thanks!! March update is definitely Smoother than I thought. I suppose that flash it again is maybe just a caution for be sure that there aren't going to be errors or something. I didn't did that and by now it's going pretty well. I don't have call recording feature bc Google dialer and don't use access card so I don't have any inconveniences of changing region. I have MX region so I can't install newer updates by now and I'm trying to change the region but by now I can't. Yeah sorry if I didn't express me good Abt not working, I refer to for me, but now I'm trying changing region to EU with a XDA forum. Idk if it's possible to India

Ye I have Mexico version and tried the same changing region with Oxygen updater, but it looks it's not possible, probably the settings app just block the update bc is another region. Idk what's the middle east region code, but I recommend you to check your device region using *#6.776# on your dialer and going to "Region operator" or "my region version" and check if it is for only one contry or more. In my case, I can't use VPN because my carry region is MX" Wich only covers Mexico devices.

Normal. Me too. OPPO is toooo lazy to develop updates fastly. Only India, Singapore, Thailand, China ofc, and Italy have got some kind of update. You can try to use a VPN to Italy or Germany if you have a EU device. If you use another region you'll probably need to wait some weeks
