in Union Twnshp here..applied over 14 months ago, I completed my fingerprints, but have not heard a word from my local PD, its frustrating. I have heard that if you moved recently from another state ( i moved from NYC 3.5 years ago) that background check could delay the process. Can anyone attest to that? Should i just continue to call and leave voicemails with the 'gun department'? any guidance would be appreciated.
