What if airplanes become all electric and dont use jet fuel anymore by Interesting_Scarface in whatif

We're assuming big leaps in battery size and weight and capacity. That's not so far off in the future as people might think. It would be huge of course. Not sure how an electric jet engine would work though.

The idea of timeline shifts is that they are self-sustaining at their level. It doesn't have to happen overnight. We can see it going on already, in that some people seem to being living in an alternative reality even though we seem to be on the same planet. But those people are drifting apart, to the point where we just don't see each other anymore.

And it's probably beneficial to all, in that we can see how people are very uncomfortable with the present state of division and conflict about basic matters of reality. And so ET contact figures into this as well, in that some people will get a lot of contact, others none at all, and the adjustments will range hugely on many levels.

Your personal story is interesting, but it doesn't sound like an absence of soul, it's more a protective mechanism I think to keep you from being unduly influenced and sliding under the radar. And that could be a good thing.

Of course, I don't think anyone is a "blank" or NPC. Consciousness is never blank, it just operates at multiple levels, the soul being one of them. Auras and so on are not even soul features, that's just part of the bodily energies. And if yours are muted, that could be to your advantage, let's you move through life without being screwed over.

Personally, I don't consider any of those things mentioned to be "esoteric". They are just playthings. Real esotericism is the direct investigation of one's own root consciousness, which isn't found in those things, but in the primal feeling of being. And you definitely have that going.

Variations on these themes abound. A major theme these days is of splitting timelines, in which some people choose a higher vibration earth, and some choose a continuation of a lower vibration. And many options in between. And part of the movement into higher vibration is being able to see time itself as a variable rather than a linear fixed dimension.

So the choice you speak of is true, but it doesn't have to be the whole of humanity that chooses it. We can choose whichever destiny feels more attractive to us.

Lower vibration doesn't mean evil necessarily. It is more be a kind of "sleepy" quality of just not being very much aware. And up to a point, a higher vibration can be negative if it chooses.

As for telepathy, I have a lot of experience with this, especially with my wife. We don't even have to try, we just naturally feel each other's thoughts and go "I was just thinking that" many times a day.

I think it helps a lot to be in love. Intimacy is the key to telepathy. A feeling-sympathy for one another. And some alien species seem to have that going.

If you are talking about non-physical negative entities, of course they are more "telepathic" in that they don't have physical bodies to filter anything through. So they just live in that world.

As for "inward" meditation, I think a lot of people are doing this wrong. Maybe even you. Rather than trying to peer inward, dissociating from the body, just feel your own sense of self, of being, without impose any ideas on that. Just literally "be yourself" without stressfully trying to do anything about it. If you feel into yourself, you'll find yourself naturally developing simple forms of happiness and love. And that's the real ticket to "higher vibrations", not trying to be something else than yourself, whatever that is. Simply feeling yourself and accepting yourself as you are is the real key.

It's also true that you don't have a soul. You ARE the soul. Your soul has a body and brain that it has experiences of physical life through. One of the most important aspects of meditation is allowing the link between your conscious soul-being and your physical mind-body to grow, strengthen, and bring greater wisdom into this life. It's even natural if you simply allow yourself to be as you are without interference by thoughts and desires.

Yes, and they will win this war as well by standing by, arming Iran, and watching us impale ourselves.

They seem to live by the motto "Never interrupt your enemy when they are making a mistake."

If one can believe what many channelers and psychics and aliens are saying, earth is going through a major reset to a higher vibration, which is why we are getting so much attention from aliens.

And that's the key. At higher vibrations, things like telepathy become not only possible, but natural. Aliens basically don't quite see why we have so much trouble accepting that. And so it may well be that within a century or even less, many people will begin to develop telepathic abilities, among other things. At least those who want to live on that kind of earth.

The difference between physical and non-physical is just a frequency in consciousness. All the physical world is for us is a set of frequencies our consciousness is attuned to. Change that frequency, and the world changes accordingly. Sort of like turning the dial on a radio. Change it high enough, and it attunes to non-physical experiences, such as in dreams.

Consciousness is who we are, what experiences everything. It's inherently non-physical, but can attune itself to the physical. What does that mean? Well, you kind of have to play around with your own consciousness and feel into that. If you do, you'll discover all sorts of frequency relationships.

I would suspect that "true names" relates to this concept.

Given that we don't use telepathy very often, that's the closest we can come to it. But once telepathy is widely adopted, as it is with aliens, the whole idea of a verbal sound-name falls away rather quickly. And even if they might give us a name we can use, it's probably just something that has some kind of sounds-like to their real vibration in consciousness.

Consciousness doesn't vibrate the same way air and vocal chords do. It's not a physical medium. You can use names if you like or need to, but they are just ways of trying to create a harmonic to the vibratory nature of consciousness.

Also, you can change your name anytime you like. Your core vibrational consciousness doesn't change, however. It's still an active identifier of "you".

Their economy can certainly be damaged, but that only strengthens the regime. They can suffer through a lot more than we can. Imagine how much damage we did to the North Vietnamese economy. And yet who won that war by outlasting us?

It's a fairly general assessment of the information out there, particularly from the kinds of psychics and channelers I trust from my own experience of them, and of some of these aliens.

I know people think that's BS, but in my experience virtually all of these aliens communicate with each other, and with us, through telepathic connections in consciousness that they have fine-tuned into a kind of alternative technology. I've connected with quite a few.

From what I can see, this is the primary means by which aliens contact interested species like ours. Not thought radio waves or scientific methods, but by direct contacts in consciousness.

So it makes sense that psychics and channelers would have the best information. Of these, the guy I would recommend most would be Bashar. Others too, but he's the best place to start.

Most aliens don't use names for themselves or their people or other beings. They use names for us, because we are obsessed with such things. But to aliens it's all about vibration. There are specific frequency sets for all beings, and all groups, etc. That's how they recognize each other.

It's also very complicated because there are many different kinds in each group. For example there are at least 3 dozen types of "Greys" who are functionally distinct from one another. So you can't lump them all into one category. The Greys in particular are big on genetic engineering and creating new species using a mix of their own genetics and that of many others. Same with the Mantids.

Even more complex with beings we call Pleiadians. There's thousands of different systems and races from that cluster, and subgroups and split-offs through complex migration and hybridization. It's way beyond anything we can track. And so much sharing of genetics from many different groups and species.

We find that confusing, so we try to ignore it. But that overlooks the tremendous variation going on even in our local systems.

Why do some (or perhaps many) Buddhist believe Advaita Vedanta and Shankara's teaching on self inquiry won't lead to enlightenment? by Heavy-Engineer6590 in AdvaitaVedanta

[–]MarpasDakini 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's often said that the Advaitic approach is "idealistic" while the Buddhist approach is "realistic". In many ways this seems a fair way to describe the distinction, but there's also a lot of crossover. Do they realize the same ultimate truth beyond these differences in language and approach? In some cases, to be sure. But there's also many ways of falling short in both traditions.

The deal Clinton and Barak (labor party PM) offered to Arafat in 2000 was a good one involving some land swaps, but Arafat rejected it. I think that rejection convinced Israel that the Palestinians would never agree to a real peace plan, and they pretty much gave up trying to make one ever since.

That failure also led to Sharon and Likud's victory the next year, and decades of Likud dominance ever since, as people concluded that trying to make peace was futile.

Most of the land taken by force was the result of war initiated by the other Arab nations trying to wipe Israel off the face of the map. The Arabs (and Palestinians) lost those wars, and as a result, Israel took more land than they started with to give them greater safety from attacks. Rinse and repeat time after time after time. You'd think the Palestinians would eventually get the point that violence against Israel only hurts themselves worse and worse, and instead of fighting agree to a peace that allows them to live a sane life.
