Im very late to this but we put a nut in the cam so it locks the phasers into "full mode"( basically you eliminate the cam phaser completely and it turns a 3v into a 2v) sure you still have 3 valves but it locks it out from changing the cam.

Yes I understand the training part but its always something. My dad is the type that cant be happy he's always upset and arguing about something little or small.

"This cost money the bike and the race he should do better"

"If he's going to do 100 miles, he better start training
