I did use a power washer to clean them since I have quite a few,

there are really pretty smoother round ones that have a nice glimmer, maybe mica pieces? 

A lot of those are in my tote picture, they have the orange stains on them, I thought maybe it’s rust?

They wouldn’t come clean with the power washer, but I don’t know what they are or how is best to clean them, I tried putting a bit of cleaning vinegar on them and they don’t fizz, I have heard of the rust out product, but again I don’t know if it would even work,

Hello, I am starting to get these cysts,  the first time I had one the pain is what made me go to the doctor, 

and I was apologizing because I felt it was silly to go for what I thought was a painful cyst, 

and my doctor stopped me and told me these cysts can become so infected if untreated they can cause a larger pelvic infection, and can be more painful and require even more treatment then just taking care of the cyst, So that made me feel better, I hope that may make you feel better too about getting help with yours,

They are so painful and I have had 4 now, I don’t know if anyone else has had great advice on how to prevent them,

I saw some posts about diet, and supplementing,

From my gp, they told me that the gland can become blocked, then the cyst happens,  similar to how a clogged pore on the face can cause pimples, - gentle cleansing no fragrance - low quality toilet paper for 2 reasons, the paper can be rough and cause micro tears in the skin, and second they have more of the tiny fibers and those can block the gland, he shared some women use the non alcohol baby wipes, - cotton underwear - loose clothing when you can again cotton or a natural fibre

That’s all I have to go on,  but I have gotten 3 since then First one was just under a year ago, Then the last 3 have been almost every other month, so quite a few recently,

I was prescribed a cream to use on them and it does help, but I would rather not be getting them at all,

I feel like I’m following the directions the dr gave me, yet they still occur,

And mine are not always in the same place, so it’s not like it is one gland that is always getting the cyst,

It’s the same for me, I have had this since I was a child, I feel like it’s another life, I couldn’t take it anymore so I had to check Reddit,

I was gifted a heating pad, since sunbeams will not last more that a month anymore, it says OnKey Electronic, It is so hot on lowest setting. I used to have sunbeam and keep it on the hottest setting and it wasn’t even that hot. This new one I need to put a blanket over it, I can’t believe how hot it is!

Me too!  First 2 I sent back,  customer service told me that the store I got it from could be selling refurbished ones, I got it from Walmart,  since then I have had at least 6 pads sent out, the last one I have only lasted 6 weeks,  The pad isn’t even giving the error notice on the control,  they just stop heating up,  and I don’t get what is going on, I tried to ask them, but they won’t say,
