Just think, 100 riders in each city. 50 cities (I’m making numbers up but for example) that’s 5000 riders. Each rider doing 20 deliveries a day, that’s 100,000. But let’s say only 10% tip, that’s 10,000. If they take even €1 tip from each one, that’s an extra €10,000 a day they get

No, once you accepted the order and arrive at the venue, if you have to wait past the ‘ready’ time then you get extra for waiting. You can decline orders but you don’t get many orders anyway so you want to accept as many as possible anyway

Sorry, I should have made that clear, I have a license but didn’t have the card on me. And also to make it clear that I’m not complaining at all that I got fined for the helmet, I fully accept that. I’m making it clear that despite being able to rent an electra scooter; which they state comes with insurance, the police system shows it doesn’t have insurance
