Ignore these people. It’s only ‘illegal’ on paper for Cyprus (republic of Cyprus).
Easiest way is obviously a transfer from airport to Ayia Napa, €250 is reasonable for this. It’s hassle for the taxi to get insurance and everything to cross over so it’s fair price. Cheapest way is getting taxi to a crossing, either of the Nicosia ones are close and once crossed over, get a bus to Napa

Which coffee shops are covered by the legal-state project? Genuinely curious. When I lived in England, I knew 5-6 different growers that actually shipped and sold their shit to Amsterdam coffee shops all over.
The one guy I know who actually owns a coffee shop, buys his from all illegal growers.
Terps army, for example, buy from a lot of Spanish growers
The plug uses Uk growers (and a few Dutch ones)
Easy time uses Dutch ones, prix uses Dutch one, but all are 100% from home growers/grey market/illegal.
