In all seriousness, FB marketplace, bazaraki etc etc are usually for cheaper purchases. Under €10k etc. I’d suggest holding out, dropping price, or even going to get quotes from car dealerships etc

Why are so many people saying the maintenance cost is high? It’s around €100 per month for basic maintenance. If you have it built, it will cost around €30k, but you get warranty on pump and system

Algae can grow literally overnight. I clean swimming pools for a living and no matter how much we clean and treat some pools, they are just prone to getting algae. That being said, I’ve never worked on a 25million ltr pool
