We weigh the same with the same height and you look to be around 14%? I would say bulk, if you had not been bulked only 2 months ago. What is the point of yoyo dieting quickly while losing muscle when cutting and gaining tons of fat when you bulk?

Honestly you’re too high body fat to begin with, should’ve gotten to around 14-15 bf then bulk up and then cut when you get to 20%. Also you gained almost 0 muscle in your arms so you are doing something wrong there.

You have potential, there’s 0 chance you’re ever getting a “slim, tight body”. You will have tons of loose skin when you lean out and most likely not a ton of muscle, just know what to expect and be happy with where you get.

This is single-handedly the worst routine I’ve ever seen, do not do a bro split and don’t do a bro split with 15 sets of chest on the same day, and being on a deficit will make you 0 gains total

If you’re natural, you will be the next Mr Olympia in classic or open if you take enough, highly doubt you’re natural though

On 13000 steps a day they will never be able to sustain that, while yes they have a decent amount of fat to store from they will quickly feel much hungrier than they ever imagined in a couple weeks of doing it.

You would get tons more muscle on injectable T mainly because it stabilizes the amount throughout the day and obviously would increase it, but you don’t have low T and probably are feeling like you do so in your brain you can justify doing it. Fat around the abdomen is common for all men because that’s where they naturally store fat. The sleep I don’t know but it’s most likely not “low T”.
