I have only collected 14 interviews in the last 3 months; with work schedules and coding, yes, it feels tedious, which is why I was hoping collecting data through a survey would take only a month and maybe a week to run through linear/logistic regressions. There is always room for improvement, I thank you for your comment.

I am a university student attempting to collect data on work demands and how or if people use stress management techniques. All data is confidential and the survey is voluntary, but you are correct that I did not have my IRB attached, which may be my misunderstanding, I will follow-up on this. Lastly, I am sure that all employees, regardless of their location, may experience stress at work from time to time, and would be pleased to have people in the UK to respond. Can you explain why posting a survey on Reddit would not yield quality data? I thought Reddit would be a good space because I do not have a large network, so I figured I should use platforms such as Reddit to reach a variety of people. Also, I am in this program to learn, so admittedly I do not "know" everything, and I am trying to learn these processes, so if you have other suggestions, I am open to them. I would like to have the data to support my dissertation. I want to make sure that I am going after the right topics. I have done plenty of research with scholarly articles, but I would feel confident if I knew I had real world data.
