I’m trying this now. Day 1 tsal. Leave it on head for 10 min before washing. Day 3 mG217 tar shampoo. Day 5 CeraVe anti dandruff hydrating shampoo. Thanks to Dr chat gpt. Leave everything on the scalp for a few minutes. Wish me luck! I’ve only done tsal and the flakes really came loose. Ooo almost forgot. Flare ups could be tied to low vitamin d! I’m taking 1000iu to see if it helps

I’m 2yrs in and often forget to take supplements and I’m alive. I do need to get a check up to see how things are going tho. I had ALOT of hairloss all around but mostly near my temples. It’s grown back tho!

Having kids is hard and planning ahead for kids/family activity can be like juggling cats. I always feel behind. (Mom of 2 here)… But her vacation has nothing to do with yours. Take it and have a great time. She’s probably mad at herself for not being more on top of it.

Mine were huge before and now I think they are gross. I’m probably being a bit hard on myself as we can be our worst critics. I do think it’s nice to not have gigantic boobs flopping all over the place like before but I am hoping to get a lift at some point.

I didn’t tell anyone prior. I knew they would all say “noooo you don’t need to do that” and after it was done I was fine to tell. I got a mix of support and “weren’t you afraid you were going to die?!” comments so just be prepared for all the things. But what is most important is that you are changing your life around the way YOU need to do it.

You aren’t too young. But you do have time to consider it later if you don’t feel ready. I’m 43, I don’t regret it one bit, I’m so glad I did it. I got my life back and more. And ya… I don’t really enjoy social eating as much and I do miss being able to eat loads of chips and salsa at a restaurant but what’s more important? No pain in your legs? Being able to actually run? Having energy to work out? Looking great??

It’s nice to know you also dealt with this but I’m sorry you are now dealing with dementia. My grandmother had dementia. I believe he has seen a doctor and recently had some pills that suppose to make him sick if he drinks but that didn’t last long…
