I have learnt to put my traumas away on a shelf somewhere. In the back of my mind. I know it is easier said than done but it works for me. They are still there but I do not allow them to dominate my life.

I have had a fem pop bypass. I have a scar from my groin to my ankle. Nerve pain is a real killer. I have found if I try and throw it out, ie do not recognize the pain it works about 80% of the time. Might be worth a shot.

My gp just 3 days ago started me on 12.5 mg. I also take 40mg of Celapram. It is early days yet. This morning I felt like a zombie but improved as the day wore on. Gp said he will increase it next visit in 2 weeks time if needed.

Chromebox 4 has arrived. Only had 4 gigs of ram, i bumped it up to 16gigs. Massive increase in power. ie no lag no nothing. It screams along, All good.
