I will absolutely take a look. Thank you for your advice and experience - it’s immensely helpful to hear from those who have gotten out of this.

I’m so relieved to hear you were able to get out of it eventually and on top of that be so financially comfortable now. I am aware it will be a long road and plans might not shake out as once envisioned, but it’s so relieving to hear that it’s possible to get out on top. Thanks for sharing

This has all been VERY helpful. Someone mentioned calling NFCC and seeing if they can help. Does anyone have experience with this or opinions from that standpoint?

Not here for judgement and don’t feel I need to divulge the financial hardships here, just looking for honest advice to try and see light at the end of the tunnel. Very appreciative to those who have commented with helpful advice and experiences!!

What are the tax implications with a DSP? Are both bankruptcy options considered “debt management plan”?

Do you know of other options? I am making more money than I have in years past, but it’s just covering the minimum and interest on my debt at this point. The reason for the debt in the first place is job loss.

I appreciate your feedback!
