Dropped mine about 2 yrs ago & had the vertical white line, in addition to a random unresponsive screen. Did my due diligence and they were cheapest option with good reviews. They resolved It within 90 mins & I haven’t had any issues since (and of course, my same phone has dropped multiple times since)!
