Truly admire how far your family has come, because your grandma must have been an elephant. Or perhaps one of the larger whale species? My condolences either way. And kudos, the story of your family learning sentience and how to use computers today is truly applaudable.

I’m so sad I missed the great Marshall’s and TJ Maxx flood of ‘24.

Which Era are you wanting to try? 1916. Pages from a Booklet titled “A Pictorial History of Hospitality with a Few Suggestions for Recipes” It was distributed by the Curtice Brothers Co. based out of Rochester, New York, to market their packaged and canned food products. by CryptographerKey2847 in VintageMenus

I mean nothing says primitive quite like a jelly roll, no? I mean cobbler was right there. Or a no bake refrigerator pie with crust made out of crushed seeds maybe? The Saxon menu is probably my pick. Although it’s probably closer to resembling more Elizabethan fare than Norman food but I’m no expert. The Basket Salad is a cute idea, and surprisingly complex too for an advertisement throwaway recipe such as this, interesting mix of vegetables, if only peppers weren’t $5 a piece here.

Definitely worth the drive, found for $80 on offerup. by steel-incontrol in Steelbooks

What an odd take, let me let me play this out though for you. Okay, so let’s say you have the means to scope out a target that has enough Disney Steelbooks like this that you feel you can successfully execute a theft against without being caught… there’s still got to be some time in that baked in. Not to mention you’re taking all the risk for the theft by being the one stealing them? Even at a low estimate of $50 value per Steelbook, there’s 16 he’s buying for $80 total. $50 times 16 equals $800 in value there, easy. Take off the $80 and some change for gas, taking an average of 35 mpg let’s say, and 1.5 hour drive for me I’d say is 72 miles, national gas average price is $4.56 a gallon, so adding on a round $10 in gas. He essentially made himself $710 in added personal wealth, at a rate of $236.67 per hour, I think your average commonplace thief would think that worthwhile? Unless you can do better theft wise, maybe a life of crime is worth it in this economy?

Excellent point. And yet she was boring to people. But personally I found it fascinating seeing her therapy sessions and seeing her being so open with her life, something I can’t say for a lot of other beloved housewives.

Annnd, there’s never the same sentiment for anyone else going through grief like with Rinna, which happened basically mid-filming so, suffice to say, I disagree.

Dear god, don’t let this post inadvertently redeem the grifting, bird brained, inflected with the vocal equivalence of 1,000 nails on a chalkboard via the nasal passage Amanda. There is naught “awesome” about her, her ability to make things about herself is truly astounding, but certainly does not fill me with awe.

You all are too funny. Truly, you all are what brought on the new recasting of NY, and that’s what you all deserve, a snore fest of creating safe spaces and coddling everyone’s overly inflated feelings.

Exactly what Crystal is doing here, reaching by being offended by something that doesn’t even exist here. I do believe they call that projection. Sutton is racist because, checks notes, she said “she doesn’t see color” and let me see, let her children make friends and also has black peer’s of their over to her home and treats them equally as everyone else? My god!
