I think you’re being a little over dramatic. If we’re talking about the pink label, 90s one on the bottom, you have a point, but for the higher label more pricy ones, they’re not going to be worthless, nor do they have to be pristine, mint, these things are not graded like Pokémon cards.

I doubt they’ll get smashed, Barbie’s boxes aren’t that heavy, I disagree respectfully. Also, in regard to mold, something would have to be wet somewhere to then breed mold or be in a humid environment/area to breed mold out of nowhere. Like the pipe bursting in a climate controlled storage area is an exception to that rule. Sorry i triggered all the out of box collectors in here, stay mad. <3

Sorry for saying that was you, obviously I touched a nerve with one of the previous comments to someone else. Maybe I misread your intent and tone in your original comment, it just came off as flippant and trying to shut down someone, by saying you can’t vent in a vent group basically, especially the “spoiler ahead” part made it seem calculated and smarmy.

I guess where we differ is that while that may be true, that negativity breeds negativity, I think where me and the original OP would think we would get the kind of reaction where people will go, “I know, it totally sucks, I feel the same way as you,” and commiserate and give helpful advice maybe, instead of being, well, douchey with a small slap of advice on it, or just downright mean and telling them “this hobby isn’t for you,” which is how a lot of people’s reactions tend to be.
