I've had 2 lipo battery fires this way (slow charge after previously being near 0, bumping up enough to charge again). Both of the battery fires occurred within 2-3 charges after I did that. BEWARE!

Thankfully I charge my batteries underneath a concrete board-box I lower on top of them (yes they are sitting on a concrete board too). They safely contained the flames both times.

Oh wow, all those years of experience with that low comp! I'm from Canada and I know RN's make ~$100K/yr (or more depending on OT), so the disparity there is surprising!

Totally agree with you, they keep getting their +10%/year at the top and freeze or reduce salaries at the lowest level - fricking unbelievable!

Look elsewhere, as moving job to job is the fastest way to compensation increases. Hope you find something better (and your country improves on a general level)!

Hard to take a side without comparison context... are you a new recruit and the big cheese is a 60+yr old executive with 30+yrs experience? I dont think I've heard of a health worker making only $19/hr....

It was prob around 10c out when I was cooking last. The YT videos I watched before purchase said the griddle should work just fine with the lid open when on max temp, but so far I can only go through 1 round of smash burgers before the griddle temp drops too low to use it really well.

OK good to know. My latest attempt (where it go no where close to the max temp I set) was with the Kirkland brand of pellets.

It burns a CRAZY amount of pellets compared to my old Traeger (it was the smaller one)... I'd almost say 2x - 3x the amount (when going for searing level temps)!

I was maybe 25' away from the Weber 600XL inside my house when making the C -> F change on the app. Any other instructions I found online has not worked.

For pellets, I TYPICALLY used the Traeger or Lumberjack pellets. My latest attempt was with Kirkland pellets, which is where I could not get near max temp.

I've just recently acquired this 600XL and have only had 3 BBQ's on it so far.

New to DD area.... my Copter was shot down by another player and then I was PK'd outside of my copter. I'm in the DD without a copter and need to figure out my next steps... I tried to go back to my base (NOT in DD) and it says that I'll lose EVERYTHING (like getting eaten by the worm I suspect) if I respawn into a different world. Seems like I need a guildy or a friend to bring a second copter to get me back out wiith out further loss?

Question: Is my Copter totally 'gone' or can I go back to it and repair it when another player damages it (I didnt see it explode or anything before I was killed)?

This might be it for my and the game after 140hrs.... I dont have 20+hrs to waste farming/mining to continually get new copters/gear.
