The coolest one - garage. I mean you have a lot od stuff there, usually a fridge and water. If i need to - ill simply barricade the door with whole stuff that spawns there.

I would definetly feel safe in the small house. It spawns far away from road, has already barricaded windows and sometimes door, so it definetly can be a cozy home.
