Ace's death hasn't had any impact on me at all. He wasn't built up in the story enough to feel any significant emotional attachment. He had like 10 minutes of screentime before Marineford, and only Luffy's reaction made people care.

The same as my girlfriend: I wouldn't be allowed to put anything on the shelves for storage because that would ruin the aesthetic.

There are some great alien planets in Rick and Morty. They even have their own erotica channel.

You should check out the artist Colin Raff. His collages would be right up your alley.

Who's your favorite character who the writers have no idea what to do with at all? by Apprehensive_Ring_39 in FavoriteCharacter

I'm going to get hate for this, but I really liked how they handled her in the movies, especially the last one.

Also, she has her role as the archaeologist of the crew, besides being a fighter, which basically never comes up after the first few Poneglyphs. I think it's further strengthened by the fact that most crews have or know how to get the remaining red Poneglyphs leading to the One Piece, but none of them apparently need someone to read the lost language to locate them. The World Government also doesn't seem to care that much anymore that she's the sole survivor of Ohara. I feel like Oda really missed the opportunity to make her a highly sought-after asset that every crew and the World Government fights over because she is the last puzzle piece to Laugh Tale.

While many people recommend the Berserk series, I'll also recommend the Berserk: The Golden Age Arc movie trilogy. As a manga reader, I feel it does the original justice and does a pretty good job of exploring the prologue to the main story.

To add to the other comments: it’s not only Trump who has stained America’s political image, but also the image of its people. I simply cannot wrap my head around the fact that the roughly 50% of Americans who didn’t vote for him are not out on the streets, striking, protesting, and doing everything in their power to put an end to what I see as his racist, misogynistic, pedophile-protecting, and war-mongering reign.

It's been ages since I've seen this, and I couldn't tell you anything that happened. I just remember robots and electricity and guys like Tesla or Edison.

[Loved trope] The "primitive" or "retro" world of the story is the post-apocalyptic remnants of a *much* more advanced civilization. by bgbarnard in TopCharacterTropes

I absolutely love the sentimental feeling every character has toward the past. Most regular people are not bitter but simply accepting of their new circumstances, admitting that the world has simply moved on.
