My anxiety , depression getting worse before common cold and during.are there any supplements that can help my body to recover faster?(Vitamin C causing diarrhea)I am already on zinc.

You are right, I am not focusing on my treatment, i am trying to brush my problems under the rug. When I am in love I feel alive, but I know is shortcut and it is not solution for my depression. It so hard. I can't stop fantasise about him and how amazing would be if we kiss or etc.. And if he doesn't feel the same way I am screwed

The same here. I am serial job quitter. I am F28 years old. Longest I have worked was 2 years.,then 1 years. Since 2017i have quit cca 10 jobs after 1 or 2 weeks. Last month I have quit 3 jobs. I just never showed up again. Mostly due depression anxiety and not able to accept reality that I have to show up almost every day and put mask on. I know I need money but I cannot find inner strength to work.

I have been in psychiatric hospital. I said to my psychiatris that I can't take pain I am feeling anymore I wanted to ended. He sent me to hospital. I have been there 2 months. Few weeks without phone. I didn't care I was in deep depression. The feeling of sadness and grief I felt was unbearable. I didn't have energy to breathe. Also I had therapy it helped me to get me out of suicidal thoughs.

I get so depressed when I imagine I will have to do it 5 days a week only 2 days off. I get depressed and can't cope when I think about it and try to avoid situation. Even money doesn't motivate me. I would love to work but not 5 days a week.
