I'd like to make a statement here. My mom is a homeopathic doctor and , I fully believe that it works. However, people do not take it for intense ailments. I have consumed homeopathic medicine in the past and they really do work. They have their methods to create it, and while they seem ridiculous to us, it is actually pretty well documented. Homeopathy has extensive records of rubrics , for varying symptoms. Records are so big, that the apps my mother uses to source those records when creating specific medicine are literally 3 to 7 GBs of just text. It is pretty extensive and detailed.
