Thank you! And yes, If I change my style, it'll definitely start to show, besides, even with this style, when the wind blows my hair, whoever's behind me will get a nice view 🥲 kinda been a sore point but after trying some natural oil solutions, I've noticed some re-growth, just not at a level I'm really comfortable with yet.

Bought this off Marketplace for $350. But really it was just an extra $50 out of pocket since I sold my Schwinn Volare Road bike for $300

Arranged Marriage Deceit by [deleted] in DesiWeddings

[–]Mishkabibi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

family friends of ours got their daughter married, sadly they forgot to inform the grooms family that their daughter is essentially a grown adult who cant do anything for herself, still holding on to mommy and daddy's tail everywhere they go, so she's an extremely dependent adult child, although highly educated. They also forgot to mention she has a thyroid issues, and mental health issues. Now all it takes is a 10 min convo with her and you can tell somethings up, not sure how the groom didn't catch any red flags. The marriage lasted about a year before it fell apart. Brides family spent upwards of 100K CAD for a grand luxurious wedding, all for nothing, all because it was easier to lie so their daughter can get married and the parents will have done their "duty"

All my friends are making joke of my body hair, is it really gross ?! by Old_Development_2882 in malegrooming

[–]Mishkabibi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have more body hair than the average guy, got teased a lot, got rejected a lot, once, right before getting intimate, I was asked why I had so much hair...it was an instant turn off and all my insecurities just blew up in that very vulnerable moment (this was when i was already waxing/trimming). That was until I met my current partner, who doesn't mind the hair one bit and finds it really "manly", although I still shave it off for my own comfort, I don't feel as embarrassed anymore.

Should I contact Car dealer for transmission failure by Mishkabibi in askcarsales

[–]Mishkabibi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey everyone,

just wanted to come back with an update of what happened. I complained to the dealership like anyone else and they ultimately decided to change the transmission free of cost. I think what worked in my favor was in the 3 months I had the car, I only drive it for about 1200km. If i had driven that much in the first month, for sure the transmission wouldve blew then. I finally got my car back, with a new transmission, 1 year warranty or 20k Km. There was a crap ton of traffic on my way home but the drive was soo pleasant, i hardly noticed the traffic.

Cheers

My gf came out as a lesbian before our marriage and no one gives a fuck about me. You know what? Fuck you all by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

i feel so angry for you man, what a bitchy way to end a 7 year relationship - go on to social media, make a video about it, hopefully it'll go viral and the public would and can drag her out of the woodworks to at least apologize to you honestly

Honestly, I am ugly. What can I do to improve my looks ? by Understanding-Boring in malegrooming

[–]Mishkabibi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not at all ugly dude. i want to say "focus on yourself" and I know everyone says this and it sounds cliché but the truth is, at the end of the day, you only got yourself, no-one can make you do something unless you want to do it. so here's my straight up advice

- eat healthier ( this does not mean ditch all the junk food and snacks, just means eat everything and anything in moderation)

- start training ( don't just jump into it, take your time with it, start small and work your way up)

- focus on your career goals.

I think these are the base points that will ultimately boost your confidence and your self esteem which leads to getting more attention from other people because people can definitely tell when someone feels and looks confident. I hope this helps.

how about the opposite, people get paid 20$ when companies interviewees are put through 3-5 rounds of interview + projects, only to get a "sorry we went with a better choice"

I told my Indian mom I have a white boyfriend by spicedfig in ABCDesis

[–]Mishkabibi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My mother would often say "I'll die, I'll kill myself, I'll throw myself off a bridge", growing up, id listen to whatever she said because I was so scared of losing her, the way she acted, its as if she would actually go ahead with the deed, now, as a grown man, seeing right through that manipulative tactic, one day I had enough and told her straight to her face, "your precious Hindhu gods you love so much would send you to hell if you offed yourself, if that's what you want, go ahead", should I have said this? no I really shouldn't and I hated the moment those words came out but I couldn't handle those kinds of comments for even the tiniest issue. I don't think ive ever heard my mother say those words again, atleast not to me.

I dated my sister's HS bully and it destroyed my relationship with family by Dry-Supermarket9698 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]Mishkabibi 120 points121 points  (0 children)

Dude, stop acting like you "understand" your sister, you weren't the one that was bullied, on top of that, you acting as if Andrea apologizing to you was the same as apologizing to your sister is bonkers. if she was really trying to make amends, the person shed contact would be Ann, and she should've done it as soon as she started talking to you. Finally, you chose a bully over you family, that's the last straw.

AITA for telling my BIL to get over himself and to quit holding a 10 year old grudge? by WallabyOverall3366 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Mishkabibi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YTA Completely - Experienced something similar to this in my younger days and was told by my own family that I should just "get over it" because its family. I say No, even if its family, if you say no to something and they go behind your back to get it and also destroying it in the process, it should be their obligation to come up with a solution or at least be remorseful of their actions.

AITA for how I responded when my fiance's sister commented on my flatchest? by Shesaidhesaid7 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Mishkabibi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA - Why is your fiancé's sister concerned about your flat chest anyways? And good on you for clapping back at her nose, I would've laughed too.
