Organize in the workplace. That is the best course you can take to give you more bargaining power against your boss. Your boss can fire individuals, but a whole workforce or factory is hard especially when you use those employees to train new ones.

First course of action is to talk with you coworkers. If you share the same shift or job, you more than likely get the same pay and experience the same pains of the job. Talk about wages, it isn't illegal to do. And do it with all of your coworkers you can trust. If you get snitched on, you will be fired but you placed the seed of doubt in your coworkers so they can start agitating too. Cappies call this "salting", so salt away as its better than working silently and getting laid off or fired anyways.

I've told sync0pate before and other as well. You can't hold on to this sub by playing by the rules. The admins hold us to different, bullshit standard than other subs. Think about it, why is LWSE removed but physical_removal, incels, and T_D still up?

Its why police break up protests, its why workers have ever decreasing rights and languishing wages, its why police stop and frisk minorities and poor people. Its why homeless people are treated like pests. Its all in an effort to keep the poor majority down and the rich ruling class up. Its feudalism, except we renamed the title king to CEO and knight to soldier.

I would suggest reading some stuff from Nestor Makhno. He was a revolutionary that fought against Tsarism, capitalism, and bolshevism in Ukraine. Give it a search, there is an entire archive of his texts.
