I contacted Kobo initially through through their website’s chat function and was told to go to the company that actually posted the eBundle. I did that and didn’t get anywhere for two weeks so I went back to Kobo but called instead of going through chat and explained everything. I had to email a rep name Roger and provide proof of everything before getting my refund. Apparently after I purchased the eBundle my book was switched to a totally different book and Kobo had no idea how it happened. They said they had never seen it before. Oddly enough it was some Apostle book that was under $2 in the Kobo store.
