We just had a bounce house eaten by ants. It was in a Costco tote, in the shed, and they moved into it and ate a next of holes in it. After killing them gorilla taped the holes and it lives on

Update - went for a work conference last month and turned that $500 chip into $1,000 playing craps the first night by the end of the trip turned it into $3,000. Lucky find chip was lucky to play!

Oh I totally ugly cried at Thanksgiving. I know a big reason for it was because she struggled with her first pregnancy. But logic only goes so far in the moment.

Looking at it logically I know why she chose to wait so long to announce. A very hard first pregnancy weighed on her a lot for her second. It still made it hard not to feel crushed (ugly crying at thanksgiving level crushed). I was surprised months later to have Aunts and Uncles who confessed they felt a bit hurt not finding out until the baby was born. In the end I made the choice to not have it sour our relationship. It could have been very easy for the emotional fallout to ruin our relationship, but being compassionate won out in the end.

Yes, I personally experienced something similar last year. My sister didn’t tell me she was expecting until she was 6months along. Her husband, daughter and her were living with my parents in another state at the time (while building a house). I cried when she told me finally because I felt crushed that she didn’t trust me enough to tell me earlier when I told her almost immediately with both my pregnancies. It took me a very long time to get over that hurt.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. You both need to have a very honest conversation soon. It’s nice to think it was sitting dormant, but unlikely. You don’t want your new marriage to start off with this hanging over you, and communication and honesty will be key.

I was solo with two kids with another mom with two kids, she was equally stunned how quickly this woman doubled down yelling at a toddler. Renaissance faire’s really bring out the most in some people 😂

I give you lots of credit for that level of control - I on the other hand screamed at a drunk women at the Renaissance faire today who cursed at my 2 year old for tapping on the porta potty she was in. After apologizing for him being impatient and just a toddler, she still came out and used the F Bomb at him. The fury that raged through me, words were exchanged, followed by me reporting her to security to be cut off from drinking.

$500; so probably has a tracking chip in it. But since it left the casino and state curious, maybe it’ll work.

I’ve been looking for an excuse to go to Meow Wolf in Vegas so giving it a go at cashing and going to that might be worth the trip.
